How do I create an account?
Simply proceed through checkout and you’ll have the option to create an account with your purchase. This will make future orders quicker and allow you to track your order history.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your puppy essentials to you fast. If you need to modify an order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number and requested changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes! Our Free Shipping option is perfect for bulk orders (over £50). We also regularly run “Must-Have Dog Products Sales” that are ideal for stocking up on essentials like dry food or multiple beds.

🚀 Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
🐾 Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50
How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. We know your puppy needs their essentials quickly!
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide* with reliable carriers. Currently, we’re unable to deliver to select Asian regions and some remote areas. For specific country inquiries, please email [email protected].

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. For orthopedic beds and food items, original packaging is required. Please contact us first at [email protected] for return authorization.
What if my puppy doesn’t like the food?
We understand every puppy has unique tastes! Unopened food items in their original packaging can be returned within our 15-day window. For opened items, we recommend checking with our customer service about possible solutions.
My flea treatment arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take special care with fragile items, but if anything arrives damaged, please email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement right away.
