• 15-day return window from date of delivery for most products
• Non-returnable items:
  • Flea & Tick Control products (opened or unopened)
  • Opened Pouches & Trays of wet food

Returns Process

2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package & Ship: Include all original packaging and ship to our Leicester address
4. Processing: We inspect returned items and process refunds within 3-5 business days
